Media's HostASite.com, you agree to abide 
by the terms and conditions contained in 
this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before
registering and using the Empowering Media 
service as an affiliate. By signing up for 
the HostASite.com affiliate program, you 
indicate your acceptance of this agreement 
and its terms and conditions.

For customers, referrals will be given as 
credits to your account. For affiliates that
are not customers, payments will be 
distributed on balances over $50.00. In 
order to qualify for a referral fee/credit,
an affiliate cannot pay for the hosting 
service. Affiliates posing as new customers 
are not subject to these terms, and may 
result in account termination. Affiliates 
will not spam (send out unsolicited e-mails)
to promote our services. Abuse or misuse of
these terms may result in affiliate and/or
account termination.

Credits will be given only to customers/
affiliates in good credit standing with 
Empowering Media Inc. and will not be used
to reduce bad debts owed. Empowering Media
reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions at any time.

Credits cannot be transferred or sold. As 
an affiliate, you are an independent 
contractor and not an employee of Empowering
Media Inc. You are responsible for declaring
your own income to the government.

Domain name registration or renewals are not
included in this offer.
